With sophisticated design, expert pairings, and high-quality ingredients, we craft spreads that are as memorable as they are delicious. Our mission is to take the stress out of hosting while adding joy and connection to every celebration, that leaves our clients feeling proud, inspired, and truly cared for.
The Heart Behind Every Board
She started making charcuterie boards with her roommate during COVID—little celebrations that made life feel brighter. Seeing how food could lift people’s spirits inspired her to turn that passion into something more lasting. Shortly thereafter, she left an 8 year corporate marketing career to become a Cheesemonger at a specialty cheese shop for 2 years, where she gained a wealth of hands-on knowledge of specialty cheeses from around the world, as well as the most delicious cheese, charcuterie, and accoutrement combinations, and then launched MC Charcuterie in 2022. Today, she is grateful to create food experiences that bring people together, celebrate milestones, and show a little extra care.
