With MC Charcuterie, no detail is overlooked. One aspect that sets us apart is our emphasis on fine cheeses and artisan products. Because she values the importance of quality and customer service, our founder left her 8 year corporate marketing career to become a Cheesemonger at a specialty cheese shop for 2 years before officially launching the business.
There, she gained a wealth of hands-on knowledge of specialty cheeses from around the world, as well as the most delicious cheese/charcuterie/accoutrement combinations. This is still one of our main fundamental values!
