This large disposable 23x17 board is packed to the brim with artisan cheese and imported charcuterie, along with a variety of accoutrements such as honey, mostarda or preserves, fresh fruit, olives/cornichons, and much more. Crackers and bread are not included but can be added to the order. Perfect for a party!

Suggested serving size 20-30 as a light appetizer.

Full sandwiches are cut into mini sizes, designed to feed a group - they are a sampling.

Each cup is a flavorful masterpiece, featuring a carefully crafted combination of artisanal cheeses, delectable cured meats, and complementary accompaniments.

Crudite cups are filled with fresh, in-season vegetables, local whenever possible, as well as 1 dip of either ranch or hummus.
